Cross Docking

Efficiency is about keeping freight moving. We specialize in Cross Docking. This logistics practice involves unloading materials from an incoming truck and loading them directly onto outbound trucks, with little or no storage time in between. This reduces warehousing costs, lowers handling risks, and speeds up delivery to the final customer.  

Ocean Container Break Bulk

For importers, we handle Ocean Container break bulk. When a container arrives from overseas, we unload the bulk cargo, sort it, and palletize it for domestic distribution. We handle the heavy lifting of breaking down the container load so it can be shipped via truck to your various retail locations or distribution centers.  

Customs Clearance

International trade involves red tape. We assist with Customs Clearance. We ensure that your imported goods are cleared through U.S. Customs efficiently, preventing costly demurrage charges at the port. We coordinate the paperwork and the physical transport from the port of entry to our warehouse.  

Last Mile and White Glove Service

Getting the product to the local hub is only half the battle. The "Last Mile" is often the most critical and expensive part of the journey. We excel at delivery execution.

White Glove Service

We offer premium Last Mile/White Glove Service. We do not just drop a box at the curb. We bring the item inside, place it in the room of choice, and ensure the customer is satisfied. This is essential for high-value items like furniture, medical equipment, or electronics.

• Unpack and Debris Removal: Our crews unpack the product and remove all shrink wrap, cardboard, and styrofoam. We leave the customer's home or office clean.
• Light Assembly: We perform light assembly services, such as attaching legs to tables or setting up display units.  

Specialized Equipment

We have the right trucks for every delivery scenario.

• Lift gate/walk board equipment: Many delivery locations do not have a loading dock. We utilize trucks equipped with hydraulic lift gates and walk boards (ramps) to safely unload heavy items at ground level.
• Inside Pickup and Delivery: We perform inside pickup and delivery placement. We navigate stairwells, elevators, and narrow hallways to get your goods exactly where they need to be.

Our Logistics Process

1. Analysis and Onboarding

We start by understanding your supply chain. We analyze your SKU count, turnover rate, and delivery requirements. Our warehousing coordinator builds a custom plan.

2. Receiving and Inspection

We receive your inventory at our facility. We inspect for damage and verify quantities against your packing list.

3. Inventory Management

Your goods are scanned into our system. You can view your inventory levels through our reporting tools.

4. Order Fulfillment

When an order comes in, we pick, pack, and stage the items for shipment. We can handle bulk pallet shipments or individual item fulfillment.

5. Distribution

We route the shipment using the most efficient method (LTL, FTL, or Last Mile). We track the delivery until it reaches the final destination.
