Our teams are trained to handle sensitive server racks, utilizing anti-static packaging and air-ride transportation to prevent damage to critical infrastructure. Secure Asset Disposals and Recycling

Our Asset Disposition Process

1. Inventory and Assessment

We start by reviewing your asset list. We determine the volume of equipment, its location, and its final destination (lease return, recycling, or redeployment).

2. De-Installation and Packing

Our crews arrive on-site to perform the physical disconnects. We use specialized packaging materials to protect equipment during transit. For lease returns, we verify serial numbers against your master list.

3. Secure Logistics

We transport the assets using our secure fleet. For high-security projects, we offer sealed trucks and GPS tracking to maintain the Chain of Custody.

4. Data Sanitization and Destruction

If required, we perform on-site or off-site data destruction. This can involve software wiping or physical shredding of hard drives, accompanied by a Certificate of Destruction.

5. Final Disposition and Reporting

We deliver the assets to their final destination. You receive a comprehensive report detailing the disposition of every item, ensuring you have the audit trail needed for compliance.

Review your lease agreements at least 90 days before they expire. Identify the specific return requirements, including original packaging or cables, to avoid penalties.

Do you handle data destruction?

Yes. Data Security is a critical part of our offering. We provide media destruction services, including hard drive shredding, to ensure your proprietary information is irretrievable. We provide documentation to prove the destruction occurred.

Can you help with a nationwide rollout?

Yes. Together with United Van Lines, we manage Equipment Movements Worldwide. Whether you are upgrading systems in ten offices or a hundred, we can coordinate the logistics centrally to ensure consistency across all locations.

What happens to the e-waste?

We adhere to strict environmental standards. Equipment that cannot be reused or resold is sent to certified recycling partners. We ensure that hazardous materials are kept out of landfills and that raw materials are recovered.

Can you handle server racks?

Yes. We have specialized equipment for Server Migrations. We use server lifts and custom crating to move heavy, populated racks safely. Our trucks are equipped with air-ride suspension to protect sensitive components from road vibration.

Do you offer an Employee Purchase Program?

Yes. If you wish to sell retired laptops or devices to your staff, we can manage the logistics of that program. We can handle the cleaning, data wiping, and distribution of the units to the purchasing employees.

How do you track the assets?
