Specialized Handling and Transport

Telecom equipment is both heavy and fragile. We utilize blanket wrap transportation (pad-wrap) to protect cabinets and unboxed equipment from scratches, dust, and vibration during transit. This method is often safer and more efficient than standard crating for domestic moves, as it reduces waste and allows for easier inspection upon delivery.

We handle more than just the antennas. We manage the logistics for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OSE). This includes everything from the server racks and cooling units to the ergonomic furniture for your network operations center (NOC). We offer storage and delivery services to ensure these items arrive exactly when your facility is ready for them.  

Project Management and Warehousing

Complex rollouts require centralized coordination. We offer robust project management and transportation management services. We can act as your central hub, receiving inventory from multiple vendors at our secure warehousing facilities. We inventory, stage, and kit these items before deploying them to the field in a consolidated shipment, saving you time and reducing on-site chaos.  

Asset Liquidations and Debris Removal

When networks are upgraded, old equipment must be removed. We assist with asset liquidations, helping you transport decommissioned hardware to recycling centers or resale buyers. Furthermore, we perform unpack and debris removal at the installation site. We haul away pallets, shrink wrap, and cardboard, leaving your site clean and compliant with local environmental regulations.

1. Site Analysis and Consultation

2. Solution Design

We custom-design a logistics plan. We determine the mix of air, ground, or ocean freight that balances speed with cost. We also plan for any specialized rigging or permits required for delivery.

3. Transportation and Staging

We transport your assets using our specialized fleet. If the site is not ready, we can hold the equipment in our secure, climate-controlled warehouses.

4. Final Mile Execution

Our drivers execute the final delivery. We use lift-gates, pallet jacks, and rigging gear to perform the final placement. We coordinate with your on-site technicians to ensure the hand-off is seamless.

5. Post-Delivery Support

We remove all packing materials and assist with the reverse logistics of any old equipment that needs to be returned or liquidated.

Tips for Managing Telecom Logistics

Survey the Site Early

Before shipping heavy generators or BTS cabinets, perform a physical survey of the delivery path. Measure doorways, elevator capacities, and check for low-hanging wires on access roads. This prevents costly aborted delivery attempts.  

Consolidate Shipments
