This involves the preparation of a realistic relocation cost estimate which can be used internally for corporate budgeting and accountability. We analyze potential expenses, from shipping household goods to temporary housing, giving you a clear financial picture upfront.  

Phase 2: Relocation Execution

This is the core of the move. The Relocation Execution phase is where we manage the logistics of the physical and administrative transition.

Employee Consultation

During this session, we review the full relocation benefits provided to the employee and conduct a planning session on all aspects of their relocation. Selling a home is often the biggest stressor for a transferee. We provide Home Marketing Assistance. We assist each employee with the real estate broker selection process. We advise on effective strategies to market their home and offer negotiation techniques to help with the sales process. Furthermore, we offer Home Sales Assistance, guiding them through the entire real estate transaction and the closing of the home being sold to ensure a timely sale.  

Household Goods Transportation

We handle the heavy lifting. We assist the relocating employee with all of their Household Goods Transportation needs. This includes professional packing, custom crating for high-value items, and secure storage if the new home is not ready. We also coordinate other moving benefits like auto and/or boat relocation, ensuring all their property arrives safely.

Phase 3: Post Relocation

The job is not done when the truck arrives. The Post Relocation phase ensures the employee is settled and the administrative loop is closed.

We assist with the selection of the right mortgage provider and offer support through the home purchase process. Our Relocation Process

1. Initiation

Your HR team authorizes the move. We assign a dedicated relocation counselor to the employee.

2. Assessment

We conduct the pre-planning consultation and generate the cost estimate for your approval.

3. Logistics Coordination

We coordinate the sale of the old home, the shipment of goods, and the search for the new home simultaneously.

4. The Move

We execute the physical transport of household goods and vehicles. We manage the temporary housing if needed.

5. Settlement and Review

We assist with final expense reimbursements and tax calculations. We survey the employee to ensure the move was a success.
