Our Commercial Storage Process

1. Inbound Receiving

Your vendors ship directly to our docks. Our receiving team inspects the freight for external damage and verifies the piece count against the Bill of Lading.

2. Inspection and Inventory

We open and inspect the goods (if requested) to check for concealed damage. We tag every item and enter it into our inventory management software. You receive a receiving report confirming what is in stock.

3. Strategic Placement

We determine the best storage method. Palletized goods go to the racks; loose furniture goes to the vaults; upholstered items are wrapped and placed on shelves.

4. Ongoing Management

Your goods remain safe in our monitored facility. You can request regular inventory reports to track your stock levels.

5. Outbound Fulfillment

When you need your items, you send a release order. We pull the items, stage them for shipping, and load them onto our trucks or a third-party carrier for delivery.

Do you offer pick and pack services?

Yes. We can pull individual items from your inventory for distribution. Whether you need one sofa delivered to a customer or five pallets of parts sent to a factory, we can handle the fulfillment.

Can my team access the warehouse?

Our facility is a secure commercial warehouse, not a self-storage unit. For safety and liability reasons, unescorted access is not permitted. However, we can schedule an appointment for your team to inspect inventory or oversee a pull with one of our warehouse managers.

How do you charge for storage?

We offer an economical pricing model. Charges are typically based on the volume (cubic footage) or the number of pallets you store. You also pay a handling fee for the labor to receive (“Inbound”) and release (“Outbound”) the goods.

Do you handle cross-docking?

Yes. If you don’t need long-term storage, we can receive goods at our dock and immediately reload them onto another truck for delivery. This “cross-docking” service improves speed and reduces storage costs.

What happens if goods arrive damaged?

Because we inspect products coming into our facility, we catch damage early. We will photograph the damage and notify you immediately. This allows you to file a claim with the manufacturer or carrier before the item sits in storage for months.

Can you store oversized industrial equipment?

Yes. Our facility has high ceilings and heavy-duty concrete floors capable of supporting heavy machinery and oversized industrial crates.

Do you have a loading dock?

Yes. We have multiple loading docks to accommodate semi-trucks of all sizes. We also have ground-level access for smaller vehicles if needed.

Is there a minimum storage term?

No. We offer flexible terms. Whether you need storage for a week during a carpet installation or for five years for archival records, we can accommodate you.

How secure is the facility?

Extremely. Beyond the 24/7 Video Surveillance and police-connected alarms, we have strict access controls. Only authorized personnel handle your inventory, reducing the risk of internal shrink or theft.
