Your vendors ship directly to our docks. Our receiving team inspects the freight for external damage and verifies the piece count against the Bill of Lading.
We open and inspect the goods (if requested) to check for concealed damage. We tag every item and enter it into our inventory management software. You receive a receiving report confirming what is in stock.
We determine the best storage method. Palletized goods go to the racks; loose furniture goes to the vaults; upholstered items are wrapped and placed on shelves.
Your goods remain safe in our monitored facility. You can request regular inventory reports to track your stock levels.
When you need your items, you send a release order. We pull the items, stage them for shipping, and load them onto our trucks or a third-party carrier for delivery.

Our facility is a secure commercial warehouse, not a self-storage unit. For safety and liability reasons, unescorted access is not permitted. However, we can schedule an appointment for your team to inspect inventory or oversee a pull with one of our warehouse managers.
We offer an economical pricing model. Charges are typically based on the volume (cubic footage) or the number of pallets you store. You also pay a handling fee for the labor to receive (“Inbound”) and release (“Outbound”) the goods.
