We assign a dedicated project manager to your account. They review your installation schedule, vendor list, and floor plans to build a master logistics timeline.

2. Warehousing and Receiving

Your vendors ship to our secure warehouse. We inspect every item for damage upon receipt. If a mirror is cracked or a chair is torn, we flag it immediately so you can order a replacement before installation day.

3. Staging and Prep

We organize your inventory by floor, room, or zone. We can pre-assemble items in our warehouse to save time on-site.

4. Delivery and Install

We deliver on a Just-In-Time basis. Our uniformed crews install the items, following your exact placement instructions.

5. Punch List and Sign-Off

We walk the site with your team to verify everything is perfect. We address any final adjustments immediately to ensure you are ready for opening day.

Order Early, Ship to Storage

Supply chains are unpredictable. Order your FF&E well in advance and ship it to our warehouse. It is safer to have your furniture waiting in storage than to have your hotel waiting for furniture.

Before installation begins, walk the site to identify the path movers will take. Measure elevator doors and hallway turns to ensure large items like sofas and armoires will fit.
