2. Warehousing and Receiving

Your vendors ship to our secure warehouse. We inspect every item for damage upon receipt. If a mirror is cracked or a chair is torn, we flag it immediately so you can order a replacement before installation day.

3. Staging and Prep

We organize your inventory by floor, room, or zone. We can pre-assemble items in our warehouse to save time on-site.

4. Delivery and Install

We deliver on a Just-In-Time basis. Our uniformed crews install the items, following your exact placement instructions.

5. Punch List and Sign-Off

We walk the site with your team to verify everything is perfect. We address any final adjustments immediately to ensure you are ready for opening day.
