We start with a site walk-through. We assess your inventory, access points, and timeline. We discuss your business hours and identify the “least disruptive” window for the move.

2. Planning and Resource Allocation

We assign your Project Manager. They build the move plan, order the necessary crates and labels, and schedule the trucks.

3. Employee Prep

We can help you communicate with your staff. We provide instructions on how to pack personal desks and how to label items correctly using our color-coded system.

4. The Move (Execution)

Our crew arrives on time. We protect the building floors and walls. We load the trucks systematically. Your Project Manager oversees the entire operation.

5. Delivery and Setup

We deliver to the new location. We place furniture according to the floor plan. We reassemble desks and remove all packing debris.

6. Post-Move Support
