St. Louis – America’s number #1 moving company United Van Lines has received a 2018 Logistics Management Magazine Quest for Quality Award in the household goods and high-value goods carrier category. The Quest for Quality Award is regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence. The Peerless Research Group completes the study each year.
The 35th Quest for Quality awards are determined by Logistics Management readers. They are supply chain and logistics decision makers and qualified buyers who evaluate and rate companies on five criteria: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and equipment and operations. This year more than 4,500 total responses were collected.

This achievement can be attributed to the hard work and dedication across the enterprise.”

Great experience with Hollander’s crew: Dominic R, Alex P, and Chris C. They were contracted (military move) to deliver some of our things that had been packed up and stored for a year, in a different location. They were professional and worked without complaints in the heat, placing our items carefully where I requested. They maneuvered a large, deep freezer down a tight staircase easily. They were thorough in helping me check to make sure all our things were accounted for, since it had changed locations/companies a few times before making it here. They were so helpful and courteous – I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!
